Go to the left side where the barrelfish is behind the rock wall. Use your sub to block the vent that blows bubbles out at you. The bubbles will go inside and shove the barrelfish down. Go down and block the vent there, and the bubbles push him right. Go right and block that vent to shove him to the upper left where you can get your photo.
