The easiest way to do it would be to go to pastoria's great marsh.walk in and on your left will be stairs. once up the stairs,walk to the three binoculars at the back of the room and put 100 dollars in one of them until one shows you a green little blob of a Pokemon with a yellow thing on its head, that is a gulpin. examine the background and go back down the stairs until you are sure that you know where it is ,then,all you have to do is find its surroundings somewhere inside the safari. the gulpin will be lvl 24 when you find it, you have to level it up to lvl26 and it will then evolve into a swalot
