You can only get a tan between July 16th and September 15th. You must be outside on a clear day during daytime hours. There are 5 levels of tanning but you can only obtain 1 per day. So stay outside, try to avoid wide-brimmed hats, umbrellas and try to wear short sleeved shirts and shorts.
