I am a highschool wrestler ans everyone knows we have some seriously thick necks ! The best exersises in my opinon to build a thick neck will be as follows . Lie flat on a bench and grab a 5 or 10 pound plate depending on how strong your neck is and lie face up with you head and neck just over the edge , place the plate on your forhead and lightly hold it in place , lower your head and neck and then slowly curl your forhead up and touch your chin to your chest . Now thats one repition , repeat for 3-4 sets of 12 reps . Another great way to thicken your neck is to stand on your head , although this takes some practice ! Hope this helped .
