How do you get a zwinky account back if you dont remember the password or username and only know the email?

if you dont remember your password or someone hacked you.all you do is say enter zwinktopia then when it tells you to log in with your username and password just look to the right of that you will see where it says "forgot password?" then you just click on that then it will ask you to put in your email address.put that in and then it will say your question for your profile is this etc then put in your answer and zwinky will email you a new password.

Well... if you can't remember your password you could click forget password and if you forgot your username they must have sent you an e-mail saying what your new username and password was. You just have to remember the e-mail you used to set up your zwinky account

Ok so you know how there is the login thing when get on the zwinky homepage well it asks for your username and pass and under the password box it says forgot your password, after typing in the hacked zwinky account username click the forgot pass word thing and type in your email (usually it only accepts the email address that you registered with). You will then receive new password in your email. Hope this helped!!!

OK so if you mean when you put your user name and password in then no no one will probably hack your account but if you go to a fashion show some people have a soft ware so you have to be careful if one day you cant get into your account email zwinky and tell them you think your account was hacked tell them your info like user name and your password but if you mean that you just got a zwinky account offline then go in your new account and change the password immediately and change the email address to yours and secret name

You can't change your username. Once you have a username, you MUST stick with it. If you want a different one, you would have to create a whole new account. You would lose everything and start over.
