You can down load complete packs that used the default aircraft.. Some are free other's are pay ware

Technically yes. However, FSX (or Flight Simulator 10 as its actually called ) is a later platform. This means requirements of 2002 are embedded in to FSX so that many of the textures work. You cannot run fsx objects in 2002.
You can down load a full pack often free that's resides in the simobjects folder, aircraft. They mostly use the default models

I don't believe you can play them both at the same times if that's what you mean, but if you mean can you have both installed on your computer, then yes I am 95% sure you can as long as you have enough memory.

It is considered a simulation because it is made to be like flying a real plane, and to have a fully realistic system.
There is No Joystick included with the software. You'll have to purchase one. If it was me I would purchase one that designed for Flight Simulator. The are several available.
