The only way you can get an alakazam is if you trade it to another Pokemon red/blue/yellow game cartridge. Kadabra, Gravler, and Machoke can only be evolved if traded.
catch rayquaza teach it dragonclaw sceptile or blazikekan or swampert at level 55 fly gon or salamance at level 55 aggron or alikazam atbn level 50 tropious or absal at level 45 waillord at level56
to get alakazam you need to use the old game boy link cable and hook it up to another game boy and trade a kadabra to the other game it can be another red or blue or yellow. After trading kadabra it will evolve to alakazam trade it back to you and you now have alakazam. If you don't have a old game boy link cable there is another way to trade, on the N64 there is a game called Pokemon stadium and Pokemon stadium 2 if you have either of them that's good now you need to get a transfer pak and hook it up to a N64 controller then put in your red version and now get another transfer pak and put in another red or blue or yellow then choose the Pokemon lab then use the trading machine to get an alakazam. There is no other way unless you cheat to get alakazam but you don't need alakazam cause if you catch mew you still can finish the pokedex.
you are red so , therefore, you decide the moves your pokemon know...
