well what i did is this:
get another person and restart both ur games. each of u start out with a diffrent pkmn. now give ur pkmn 2 the other person and get the other pkmn u havent picked yet. now catch worthless pkmn and trade 4 the starters!
ex- u pick tododile the other person picks cyndaquil. give ur tododile 2 ur friend and now pick chikarita (sorry 4 my spelling) then go catch a pidgey or something and trade 4 the tododile and cyndaquil! and now u have all the starters!
