If you have a PS3 or Xbox 360 you go to the PlayStation Store or Xbox market and buy the WAW DLC bundle of 3 DLCs for $25. If you do not have Nacht der Untoten available after you have completed the game you have a version of WAW that did not have zombies like the PS2 or Nintendo Wii or DS and nothing you can do will get you the Zombies Mode and zombie maps (well you could buy the PS3)
