Well, as a Sims 2 addict, I happen to know the answer:You simply make the adult Sim click on a newspaper or computer and select "find own place".To get someone to move out with the Sim in question, they must live with the family. Pets can be moved out with a Sim as well. A pop-up screen will ask you who you wish to move out with. If a Sim you want to move out with isn't on that screen, make sure you live with them. After you select a Sim to move out with-or just click the check without selecting anyone-a taxi will pick the Sim(s) up. They will appear in the neighborhood families bin.
