It is felt that demons tend to show interest in those who manifest an interest in their activities. If you want to free yourself from demon involvement, don't show interest.
1. Get rid of any occult paraphernalia, entertainment or literature
2. Read The Bible daily, even out loud if possible, and think about what you're reading
3. Pray for God's help and protection
4. Don't watch movies or entertainment pertaining to violence and occult subjects, especially just before bed
Remember that according to the Bible, "...the whole world is lying in the power of the wicked one" (1 John5:19)(2 Corinthians 4:4) and he's looking for opportunity to keep humans away from God through deception, fear and confusion.( John 8:44)
