It seems that the insurance company thinks that you and he still have the same address. I doubt an insurance company would require someone who does not reside at your address to be listed as an insured on your policy simply because he was your boyfriend. I don't know how to access DMV records, but private investigators do. Hopefully the address on his driving record is no longer the same as yours.
Your insurance should cover the person you hit. In about six months the unlicensed driver WILL get a letter in the mail from DMV saying they ARE in trouble for driving without a license. Usually, the punishment is a years suspended license and a fine.
Yes. According to IC 9-25-6-4. The Court just has to submit paperwork to the BMV saying that you have a judgment and they have no choice but to suspend your license.
You will need a property and casualty license. Now, after saying that ... you should check with the Georgia Insurance Commissioner. I nave been licensed to sell business credit insurance in 5 different states - they all required property and casualty licenses. In most cases very few people knew what business credit insurance is. Be very careful to specify that you are wanting a license to sell Business credit insurance (as apposed to consumer credit insurance e.i credit life insurance).
I am not positive but I would guess that (saying your BF is at fault)1) Your insurance will not cover your car since it was driven by someone without a liceance2) Your BF's insurance is not valid since he does not have a drivers liceance (even though it is active)3) You will be personally responsible for the damages to your car and your BF will be responseable to any damages he has cause during the accident.
You shouldn't be saying I love you in sixth grade, but if you want to tell your boyfriend it without actually saying it, then write him a note.
You, too, can check into the Graybar Hotel. The hoosegow. The calaboose. The gaol. Let me get my thesaurus for synonyms for "prison"...
Yes.
An auto insurance company can deny your claim if you haven't had your license for at least 18 months. or if the car has been sitting up (not running) for a while. they will need receipts from the repair man saying that the problem has just been fixed.
No. It is not wrong not to send your boyfriend nude pictures because you had an argument about you saying no.
Ask him
The are responsible for all damages they cause, (must pay back the insurance company) they may lose their license and any plates registered in their name, they will have large fines to deal with, they will have a hard time getting insurance, and will likely have to carry and SR22 filing as well. And goes without saying their premiums will likely be high.
