There isn't a fuse, inside the light switch is a circuit breaker. you will find the info in the onwers manual on the page before the fuses, sorry i don't have a page number.

It is underneath the drivers side cup holder in the rear of the truck pull straight out on the cup holder the whole thing will pop right out of the side panel its a black box around 7x4x2 with a white delphi sticker on it, It's straight down to the right but straight down . Thats where mine is on my 2003 navigator the other part you might wish to check is the PARKING AID RADAR SENSOR thats behind the back bumper as the wires sometimes get dirty and it stops working There is nothing about this in your Onwers Manual this is a dealer repare part not a fuse of light bulb why would it be in the Owners manual ,
What does your onwers manual say about this light? Don't have an owners manual, then get one. It's indicating low tire pressure, so check ALL the tires including the spare. During cold weather tire pressures drop, so a marginally low pressure tire can drop to the point of activating the warning light.
