You have to drill out the rivets in that panel to take out the motor
I don't have the complete ans but I did find the screws holding the motor to the regulator structure. It took a dremel with a cutoff wheel to remove pieces of the inner door metal to expose the two hidden ones. Now to determine if the window should be up or down before removing the motor. Good luck to anyone with the same problem.
