How do you get back to sleep?

to fall asleep quickly i breathe in wait for 5-10 seconds before exhaling then i wait 2 seconds before inhaling again(: hope this helps
To get back to sleep all you have to do is look in the mirror and get cold water and sprinkle it lightly onto your face! Then if your a girl tie your hair back and make sure your not itchy or apply cream.
