The best way to learn how to type is to first secure an alphanumeric keyboard (computer or old fashioned typewriter) in your alphabet. Then open up the Word application (or put a paper in the tpewriter) and type the following: asdfg;lkjh ... asdfg with each finger of your left hand starting with the pinky and ending with the thumb. ;lkjh with those of the right hand. Leave a space between each asdfg;lkjh and repeat that for a couple of days and then jump to The quick brown fox jumped over the lazy dog. Always make sure you tap the space bar with your thumb. Once you master these two things, just practice by typing short paragraphs as often as you can. That's how I taught myself and I can type up to 80 wpm. Hope this helps.
Go on the computer every day for at least 5 minutes. Too much computer is bad for you. Then, you memorize where the letters are on your keyboard. And I guarentee you, in at least a week (7 days) you will have that keyboard memorized. So no more trouble figuring out words!
Thank you for reading.
Have a nice day!
