How do you get blue wool on minecraft pocket edition?

Step 1: Get wool from a sheep by clicking one with shears

Step 2: Go underground and find Lapis Lazuli

Step 3: Open up crafting and put the lapis lazuli and wool next to eachother. Or maybe you have to cook the Lapis, not sure though.

You make two crafting tables and put them together now you click on the crafting table and then on the colour you want, in the box next to it there will be the things you need to make the dye. (This is in the tools part ). Now go to the block part. At the bottom click on the coloured wool (you do need the wool to dye first) now your done

U have to find the blue flower and craft it at the work station

The dye is only mine-able as an ore called Lapis Lazuli.
