To get the boat to go to Toucan island you must first ring the blue bell. the next day if it is sunny or cloudy Paolo will be at your front door, excited that the boats are sailing again. In fact, a ship is in the port right now! You will follow Paolo to meet Pascal. To ride the boat to Toucan island you need a boat ticket. To get one go to the fishery and buy one from Ozzie under the fish category. Then walk down to the boat dock and give the ticket to Pascal.
