if u go to prof franklies house and u go right there should b a wall idk bout u but if theres a guy in front of it beat him up that's what i did and then go through the wall and go rght until u see a small brige but don't go past it then go down and if u use the mini Yoshi u got from glitz pit u can go across to the right get off him and go up the crates to the right of u then ur on a roof u then use mini Yoshi again and loop the house if u fall well u sir just earned AA trip of going over again and if ur there go up the roof then down and u should see a chimney and go tube mode! and go through then the person in there will be bobbery (go up the up door if u want just a shine Sprite for u but trust me ull need it) then talk to bobbery and if ur going to keelhaul key u would go back to the guy that's washing dishes in the inn bottom floor to the right talk to him u hear a very sad story if ur little u might cry. and anyway u get a letter and this time the door where you came from bobbery house u can go through there and talk to him he then reads the letter then he goes in the shine sprite room talks to himself goes out and joins u and when u go out he has to observe the ship and u go to flavio there i just told u where bobbery is.
