if you go up to the peak of mt coronet and go to the little cave that you find the first time you go to the peak and go up one of two rock climb things and go into the cave that is on the right of you with the waterfall. go up the waterfall ( you have to have beaten the 8th gym and spoke to jasmine to the north of sunyshore first to get waterfall) and go to the cave at the back that has a stone plate in the rock and the orbs on either side

You must battle heatran, talk to the lady in celstic town, then get the 2 orbs in mount corenet, then they should appear
