There are only 2 kinds of chat. SpeedChat & SpeedChatPlus.
When using speed chat, you can only use the small phrases that Disney has made. When using speed chat plus you can type freely, however, even with speed chat plus there are many words that you cannot type, numbers included.
To get speed chat plus you must log into your account, go to account settings & confirm your email address.
