-You can either buy the app for it on iTunes (its' free, just look up Facebook chat)
-Or go onto facebook. Tap the 9 little squares in the top left hand corner. There are options there. Chat is in the bottom right hand corner. Tap that, then tap the person's name that you want to talk to.
