Hello there, You can't get rid of Citizen Points and its Citizen Levels. In 2008 when Smallworlds was made they had people to test out the game before it game out so they had non cl skate boards and stuff. The answer: They had non cl skates and stuff because there was no vip so now they have vip so they put cl's on it and made the price higher hope this helped :)
You can't get citizen levels by doing missions. You can get by buying VIP, inviting a friend to SW.
To get gold on smallworlds you would have to do offers, buy them, or have someone to sign up with your account to get citizen levels and get gold every time you finish a loyalty challenge. To get tokens you have to do missions.
There are many ways to earn social points on SmallWorlds: 1) Do social missions 2) Make a club, and get 100 people 3) Do kudos
you have to make four or five horizontal lines in order to get 100 points.
