honestly, I'm not too sure but I do have friends who always have to balance what they've eaten. So they'll have a salad after eating cake or something. For me, I like to go on runs or if it's late I'll do some exercises and it really helps. I guess it's okay to indulge because it teaches you what your boundaries are and what to stear clear of next time you have a meal like that.
