NO! You should never try bleaching a cream colored wedding dress as the bleach can ruin the material as it's a harsh agent. Talk to a dry cleaners or a wedding shop consultant to see if this can be professionally done.

I would use white or cream colored drapes. It will soften the room, and allow the aqua color of the walls to be the main focus. Then I would use a second color like yellow or orange to use in the accessories.

Bleach is used to get stains of of white clothes and mostly towels. But if you put colored clothes ad towels in the wash with bleach it can make white spots on them. (Trust me. I have experienced that!) Please feel free to improve my answer everyone!
