IT COULD BE ANY BREED OF RABBIT BUT IN THIS CASE IT SOUNDS LIKE AN ALBINO!!
A Calico Cat
White patch yes. Puppies have blue eyes at first. Eyes that remain blue do not fit the breed standards.
its very hard to get a black dog with blue eyes, dogs with blue eyes are usually white but for everything else the only breed i can think of is the Akida, large dog, very similar to the Husky and Malamute breeds and can come in white, black and various other colours and blue eyes are not that rare in the breed
Lutino coloration is characterized by an off-white or cream colored body with minor yellow highlights on the wings, face, and crest. They will have faded cheek circles, sometimes they don't even have them, and the most telltale sign is that they have red eyes.
Like all big cats, tigers have amber or yellowish colored eyes.

it represents your a british, american (north) or anyother country wich mostly have white people
A white mouse usually looks like what people refer to as "lab mice". White mice can have long or short fur, depending on what breed you get. Most white mice have red or pink eyes, though you can get some with brown eyes.
