How do you get cut in yellow?

You have to be in Cereulan first. Then, go up and fight the trainers (or avoid them) and keep following the route until you get to Bill's house. He should be a Pokemon. Talk to him and he will say that once he gets into the capsule that you go do something to his computer. All you need to do is press A. He should then give you a ticket for the S.S. Anne. Go down to Vermilion City and then go down to the bottom of the city then go right. Then follow the bridge to the S.S. Anne. A sailor will stop you to see if you have the ticket. Once he says you have it go inside. Then go to the top of the boat. The first set of stairs are to the left then up. Then go to the right and don't stop until you see the wall. Then go up. Here you fight your rival Gary. After that continue to go up then go up the stairs. Go press A near the man and you should massage him. After you give him a massage, he should give you the CUT: HM. Then teach it to a Pokemon that can learn it. Then go to a tree that can be CUT down and press START, click on the Pokemon that knows CUT, then it should say CUT then click on that.
