You can use sugar.. but I've tryed to take a toothbrush, and scub the area where you have dry skin on your face.. and then rub a face lotion in after wards.
But.. that's just works for me.. after i get out the shower.. try it!. (:
I have a different method, i remove all make-up and then get a razor (like for shaving legs, or whatever) and shave it off of my cheeks, because that's the only place i get it. but I'm pretty sure the answer above ^ works just as well, i searched on Google and that was a popular method. :)
