You can get the defenders medal in Dragonfable by fighting in a war. Two wars where this medal can be found include the Friday the 13th invasion and Night of the Living Pumpkins.

∙ 12y agoThese are war spoils, so only be found in wars. Although Fire Over Oaklore just outside Oaklore does drop them too.
