If you are talking about the Dev Trainer for Halo PC & CE:You have to exit out of Halo, then exit out of the Dev Trainer. When you restart Halo (the dev trainer should not be opened), the dev trainer will not be controlling Halo.
OLD ANSWER:i don't think u can....but it would depend on which 1 u have.try (when your consle is up)pressing tag(that brins up all optoins)debug then press tab,or cheat then press tab.hope that helps!!!
