Go to the garden of the sphinx, jump on the bird-woman thing and jump onto the plot of land with a pomegranate tree on it. Clikc on the tree and there you go!
It's in the tree just above the Sphinx so you have to climb to the ledge to the tree. There's a sign that says "Pick it for free." You may have to jump to reach one.
