There are many species of fish that will eat Dragonfly Larvae and /Nymphs. Try any of the medium to large Cichlids. If you don't have fish to eat them you will either have to catch them manually with a net or wait for them to Morph. and become stationary. Then you will be able to remove them with virtually no disturbances.
