Pokemon Mystery Dungeon; Red/Blue: After beating rayquaza, completing stormy seas,(battle Kyogre), battle Mew in Relic Ruins, you should go to town, and north near wiscash pond, there should be a Spinda. He will say something to you about ho-oh, and then you will have access to the legendary dogs (suicune, raikou, entei) in dungeons, each at 30 floors deep.

Pokemon Mystery Dungeon; Time/Darkness: After completing the game (beat the Darkrai mission and unlock marine resort with Manaphy), get the secret slab. The wonder mail code for the secret slab is:

After you do that, go to the Dark Crater, into the deepest part (past the save point). If you walk around a little bit, Entei should come eventually.

correction to the above about time and darkness, entein will come up AFTER you do all that hes mentioned, go in to darkcrater, past the restpoint with the kangaskhan rock , and go 10 more flloor, entei will then appear, and have a rather low recruit rate.
