You need to finish the advanced proficiency test and u need to do the rank X tournament in Xeroph Isle. Once u had done both of them u need to fight solitare. Then once u beat Solitare she will give u a brass key. then go down to the sewers and unlock the locked door. Then u'll get to fight estark. I hope this help you out!!!
