You can buy them from the bonus section. You will need exchange points and to get them, you need to complete a level. At the end, you will get ranked. The higher diffuculty and the higher rank means you get more points. The rank from worse to best are: C, B, A, S. On merchaneries, the rank are D, C, B, A, S, SS. I think theres more but I'm not sure.
