Well, without knowing where exactly in Colorado you're coming from and where in West Virginia you're going to, it's hard to be specific. Living in Colorado Springs, if I were going to West Virginia, I'd run US24 to Limon then get on I70 eastbound. I'd run I70 to Indianapolis. From there... depends where in WV I was going. I could take I65 south then run I64 east into West Virginia, I could take I74 east from Indianapolis to Cinicinnatti then take I275 around to the AA Highway (KY9), which I'd take to I64, then take I64 east into West Virginia, or I could stay on I70 into Ohio until I got to US35 south, then take that into West Virginia. It would be a little easier to pinpoint a specific route if we knew where exactly your origin and destination were.
