It's a complete myth that brushing your hair 100 times before bed is good, because it tends to damage the hair and makes a lot fall out. When you sleep, you should try to to have you hair in a bun or in a tight ponytail, because your hair needs to "relax" too! Leave it open, and if your hair gets knotted very easily, try putting a silk scarf on your pillow. I've never done it but I heard that it works.

1 Ripe Avocado 1 ounce of Almond Oil 1 ounce of Olive Oil 1 Egg Yolk Half Cup of Milk Mix all ingredients together and after washing your hair apply the mixture to your hair. Ingredients:
¾ cup of whole milk (I use unsweetened almond milk)
1 raw egg
1 tbs. raw wheat germ oil
2 tbs. raw wheat germ (cannot be toasted raw wheat germ)
For flavor I throw in a few strawberries or blueberries
I also add ½ to 1 tbs. of agave nectar for a little sweetness (and to help mellow out the taste of the wheat germ oil)
Blend at low speed for thirty to sixty seconds. Drink this blended mixture promptly. This drink should serve as your complete breakfast. Do not eat or drink anything else for two hours (drinking water should be okay to do though) after drinking this mixture. Keep all ingredients refrigerated until use. Once you notice the changes in your hair you may cut down on the daily intake of the hair cocktail and take it only twice a week. Of course, since it is a healthful drink, you may prefer to continue taking it indefinitely.

1)use the right, suitable, and good prodcuts : shampoo, conditioner, mask,oils.
2) if you have a dry hair, you shouls wash you hait twice or three times a week.
3) if you have a silky hair, you should wash it daily.
4) you should make oil showers every single week, once a week or twice if it neccessry. oil showers like: cocs oil, corn oil, olives oil,castor oil plant , cactus oil....etc

first, wet you hair, then put the oil , cover all hair from the oil you want ( you can mix many kinds of oild together and use it in the same time), then roll you hair up, and put a towel in your hair (prefer to wet the towel in hot water, to help hair soaks the oil up because of the heat whitch comes from the hot water), then wait until 2-3 hours... then wash it with the right shampoo and conditioner(or mask).
5) don't tease or Forces comb your hair when it's wet.
6) finally, use a good cream , lotion cream, and Serium , use the serioum after every shower, and when you coiffure your hair( it helps to save the hair from the bullish temperature whitch results to burn the tufts.
