first check to see in which direction the harmonic balancer moves when car runs normally. check by just barely hitting the ignition switch n have someone else watch it. the bolt in the center of the harmonic balancer should move in the opposite direction in order to be unscrewed. use sturdy wrench (i.e. impact wrench) and use a pole or anything to extend the length of the the wrench. prop it in on the bolt and leave the handle propped against the floor so it wont be able to move and then crank the ignition in short bursts about 2 to 3 times and the power of the starter should be enough to get the bolt loose. i tried this and it worked for me but i have heard there is a possibility that the flywheel can be damaged.
