You have to go to Stark Mountain. It's on the Island north-east of Sinnoh, where the Resort Area etc. are located. Check on your town map to see where Stark Mountain is. You will have to progress though the storyline once your there. You need to get to the end of the Mountain and go into the cave at the back. The person who teamed up with you will collect the stone in the middle of the small cave. She will then take it back to her Grandfather in the Resort Area. Go back to her and she should give you the Magma Stone. Then go back to Stark Mountain enter the cave once again and Heatran is in front of you. SAVE before battling/attempting to capture Heatran!
