Any cast member should be able to help, depending on what you need. If they can't, they should be able to point you toward the right person.

Look for Disney security officers (wearing blue uniforms clearly marked as security) to help with lost items or children, as well as any issues with other guests. Guest Services, located near the entrance of each park, can deal with any complaints and issues about tickets, dining reservations, or cast members.
