i dont play anymore but i do know how it works you have to have low hitpoints the lower it is the higher you hits. so say you have the new hp and your at like 10 hp you hit really high. good luck :D

I suggest using it in fist of guthix drop the fishing exlposives or hurt your self by eating food that lowers your hitpoints when attacking other people. i do not know if it works and i doubt it but if you want to train with it be really careful.
