If any of the 4 geysers is blocked, the water goes to the open ones. So you have to block three of them. Go left and use the crowbar to pry the far boulder out of the rocks, and push both boulders to the right to block geysers. Climb the rock steps at the right side to find another boulder and push it down. Now the third geyser will push you to the window ledge.
