Go to the exclamation point on the map. The book with the exclamation point inside of it is also a main story mission.
Yes. There are 2 entry points - the front gate, or the 3rd level (just before the roof).

After you have renovated the well and mines, check in there. Some treasure chest can be found within the mines and inside the well, but they must be renovated first.
Just Sit through the credits, a little conversation will happen between 2 unkown people, whom im guessing are probably either Assassins or Templars given that they know what animi(animus) are. then you will be back inside the animus and will be able to free roam and complete any missions you havnt finished. ps. i think their Assassins, templars usually sound a bit more grumpy.
You must find all the ishak pasha pages then go to the back of hogia sofia and there will be a secret entrance that leads to the inside. There after you complete a series of obstacles to get to the top you will push a switch and dive down to the basement where you will find the armor
Not sure, yet. Ubisoft has only mentioned that in Revelations, Desmond will be in a place called "The Black Room", where he is in an induced coma inside an Animus. Over the course of the game, he will try to piece back together his subconcious, and eventually regain conciousness.
area is inside the shape/figure

leap of faith gone wrong. Accidentally had his hidden blade out while he scratched his nose. Haystack was already occuied by a templar. R.I.P. He died of commiting suicide if you played Assassins Creed Revelations that he locked himself inside the Vault and later on, after Ezio discovers and opens the vault, you will see his skeleton (CREEPY :O) SORRY IF I RUINED YOUR GAME PLAY AND STORY!! :/
