you have to have the 3 keys from 'Shoot em in the Head' quest. the C.O. office beside the fort
the bomb building you do not have to have keys for you can just simply pick the lock and the quest your talkin about is for the national guard depot with the mirv in it so dont let the newbs answer your questions and get you mixed up

∙ 12y agoYou first have to get Arcade Gannon as a companion. He can be found at the old mormon fort in Freeside.Then you have to rack up points for him to mention that he used to be part of the Enclave.You can get these points up by:
Going into the fort with him and tell him you only want to see what the legion is up to and then quickly leave.
you can complete the quest "that lucky old sun" and direct the power to freeside.
or you can go to the "crashed vertibird" south of the map, near camp searchlight and he will talk about him not seeing one of them in awhile.
These are three of the seven things you can do to rack up points for arcade.
then when he asks if he can talk to you, you say okay. and then after the conversation you just need to complete his sidequest "for auld lang syne" and then find the remnants bunker. Happy traveling, and good luck! I hope this answered your question.
