The processing room is to the bottom left of the vent system. Go left and over before going down. You will find the wire cutters in the vent near the room. If the security robot catches you, you will be transported to the Freezer. There you can disable the security system and eliminate the robot. Go all the way back to the Processing Room and free the robot drones there. (see related question)
