All you do is go to the trashcan close to the tunnel where the lady is standing and go to the trashcan that has NO lid on it. Click on it and youll have to move peices away from the center until you find some orange tickets. Then you have to give them to their owner. Go to the Web Browser internet Cafe and give the tickets to the guy in there. He will give you one of the tickets. Then, go back to the tunnel where the lady is and then give her the tickets. She will let you enter the tunnel.
