How somebody gets it is a fairly complicated process. Researchers still have a lot of questions about getting it and whether or not it is always possible to get rid of it. Other researchers claim you can get it just by thinking about it. Adolescent and college age youths are well known to engage in extreme and sometimes dangerous behaviors to get it, often because their friends got it and they want to be part of the crowd that gets it. Many times, however - especially in youth between 15 and 18, the percentage who claim to have gotten it is a great deal smaller than those who actually got it.

yes i am, certainly because the question of "preparedness" of the katipunan per se is actually the main argument here.. Rizal even asked Pio if they have weapons or enough human resources for that matter, and his answer is none..so i think rizal had just been logically correct in suggesting to postpone it since based on his readings and what he knows, there hasbeen no war won without enough of all of the needed resources.
