The Zune software is not as good as iTunes. You cannot create playlists from podcasts, they have to be manually played. Another disadvantage versus iTunes is that all the music you bought on iTunes will not work on the Microsoft program. Overall it is just not as easy to use and not quite as refined. This might change for later versions but for now your best bet is iTunes.
