There are a lot of kanohi masks with different colors, so we can't answer your question.
Probably it's the Platinum Kanohi Avohkii. Also the Golden Kanohi Hau (14 karats) is very rare. Other rare masks are:Prototypes and rare Misprints (are very rare and only a few exists. Prizes are about $150 - $600)the Kanohi Rua (Chrome Kanohi Hau from the Power Pack)the Movie Edition Kanohi Kraahkan (Mask of Shadows) from the Takutanuva setthe Misprints from 2001 (6 wrong colored Kanohi Ruru and Matau, and 2 wrong colored Kaukau)the original orange Kanohi Vahi (Mask of Time).the Kanohi Kraahkan Helmed from the Ultimate Dume setthe Transparent Kanohi Avohkii (from the Takanuva set)the Grey Kanohi Hau (from the Takanuva set)the Transparent Green Miruthe Coper Huna and Komauthe Infected Kanohi Hau (from Muaka and Kane Ra set)the Poisoned Hau Nuva (in 4 differend designs)the Golden and Silver Kanohi (from 2002 mask packs)
A Kanohi is the name of a mask in Bionicle. In the Bionicle story, the Matoran name of a mask is 'kanohi'. Each Kanohi has another name (eg.: Toa Tahu's mask: The Kanohi Hau).
well, they're found in the 2002 krana packs, which contained 3 krana(bohrok colored),and 2 kanohi(1 gold and 1 silver),so you probably have a 1:6 chance to get it.Basicly(spelling?),it's as rare as the other gold and silver masks in the krana packs.
I think the most rare BIONICLE set is The Sand Tarakva. It's only a prototype, and there are only 5 of them. Also the rare Kanohi (like the misrpints from 2001, and other special masks) and the old sets from 2001 are very rare.
If you have Bio-codes (you will find Bio-codes on the back of Bionicle sets), you can put these codes on the Bionicle website. If you have a few of these codes, you get your kanohi mask badge.
Unfortunately, the Kanohi Dragon was never and will never be released as a set, and thus has no publicly-released instructions.
Eye - mata, kamo, kanohi, karu whatu e.g. Turn your eyes to the interlaced mists Tahuri o mata ki nga kohu tāpui.
teena ngaa kanohi kua tikona e matariki = Matariki will keep you awake
The masks are comedy and tragedy.
It depends on what you are looking for. Masks in cultures would be the 390's. Photo books of masks, masks in theater, how to make masks, etc would be mixed through the 700's.
The writers wanted to draw upon real-world sources as a base for the culturess, words, and languages featured in the beginning stories of Bionicle. One may notice that since the legal alteracation with the Maori community back in the early 2000s, Bionicle since refrained from adding new Maori words to the established story. Most of the old ones stayed, though, since it would have been a marketing disaster for LEGO to suddenly change so many established facts of an already-popular line of toys. Example of words not changed: Tahu; fire. In Bionicle the character Tahu is the first seen Toa of Fire, red in color and having fire elemental powers; Kanohi; mask. In Bionicle the masks the Matoran-like characters wear are called Kanohi-masks. Examples of words changed: Tohungu; spiritual healer. In the original series the easily-cowed Matoran were originally known as Tohungu. This is part of what caused the outcry from the Maori community.
