well, you cant just build a bionicle from nothing. you should buy some from your local toystore. after you get those have fun with them : ). if you already have some old peases lying round or somthing, collect them and then think of a type of bionicle. if its a 4 legged thing, try to build a body that can make the head go up and back and find a sutible mask. i would choose the Suletu or something else weild. but if your going to make a humanoid, you should use the Hau or something with faciel expretion or lines. anyway hope that helped

The story line of Bionicle ended, and the LEGO company closed bionicle merchandising. However, since they knew that this series was a large source of income, they attempted to start a new line of merchandise with ball-jointed robots, known as "Hero Factory."
So if you have a Lego account(you should make one) So if you go to bionicle . com there is a kanoka club. the codes give you LEGO stickers if you submit them.

Hope it was useful.
P.S. add me i am fireballminers.
I will give you a short answer. Bionicle crushes Hero Factory with its heel, then grinds it into the dirt and spits on it. Does that work as an answer?
Lego was losing popularity with its customers in the BIONICLE toy line. At the time it was shut down, the purchase rate of the products was at an all time low. This may be because that no one wants to buy mistaka tahu which is basically just about the same toy as the one that came out ten years ago. Also, when the economy is bad, the first thing people cut off on is entertainment. Lego just couldn't make enough money to make continuing the toyline possible.
The developers at lego created a new, more flexible building system that does not work very well with bionicle parts. Lego decided to cease manufacturing bionicle products and began using the new system in a new toyline (HeroFactory) in hopes that new customers will buy it.
While there are no more BIONICLE products, bionicle is not dead. Greg Farshtey still updates the website with new stories, and every now and then the lego team adds new wallpapers, music, etc, and games.
The BIONICLE Zyglak is an alternate model that can be built using the pieces from the Barraki sets Takadox (8916), Kalmah (8917), and Pridak (8921). The building instructions to this alternate model were in the March-April 2007 issue of the LEGO Brickmaster magazine. Copies of the building instructions can be found on the Brickshelf website: http://www.brickshelf.com/cgi-bin/gallery.cgi?f=238806
I want to say around the 1990's but not positive on that

Can't definitely say you can but it's an idea
Well, first of all, you should wait for 2009 or at least late 2008. And when that comes, go on www.brickshelf.com and search 2009. you'll find it.
At the moment no. There is, however, a small window of hope that has been left to all the fans around the world, that BIONICLE might return one day, just as many other LEGO themes have throughout the years. We all just need to keep believing!
One day, it might not be soon, but one day I truly Believe that it will be back.
To activate a Nuva Blast in BIONICLE: The Game, hold down the 'Shield' key for a few seconds, then immediately press the 'Special' key.
You can't buy Bionicle comics in some places. However, you can buy Bionicle graphic novels which are just all the comics of one year put together in a little booklet. They can only be bought in the USA, Canada or online.
Probably it's the Platinum Kanohi Avohkii. Also the Golden Kanohi Hau (14 karats) is very rare. Other rare masks are:
